About the Founder

Ms. Tejaswita who is the founder of Pro Career Ignition created this company when she realized that small Businesses were suffering due to improper placement issues, compensation packages, retention and lack of access to professional HR expertise.

Tejaswita is having overall 15 years of expertise in recruitment and has closely worked with overseas companies where she has closely monitored the challenges that are faced by employees and employers especially in small scale businesses.
